When I was 6 years old, I was moved by Millet's The Angelus at the Ueno Museum, and I wanted to become a painter in the future, so I started learning drawing.

When I was in junior high school, I thought I had no choice but to become a painter, but I was given a book and learned for the first time that there was a job called designer.

I kept looking at it and thinking what a wonderful world design is.

I found out later that it was a package design book from the early days of Pie Books (1989).

I thought design was a really fun world.

I will strive to provide better proposals without forgetting the spirit of my childhood.
